Procedure for Getting API Key and API secret from Upstox Developer Portal
Login to the Upstox developer portal using your Upstox credentials.
Click on the “New App” button to create a new app
- Enter the App Name for your new app.
- Enter the redirect URL as https://up.algomojo.com/xl-connect/am/login-response.
- Check the “I accept the terms and conditions” option.
- Press “Done” to create your new app.
- Now copy the API Key and API secret key from the Upstox developer portal.
Register in the Algomojo Portal
- Go to Upstox Algomojo Platform New User Registration.
- Enter your Upstox Client ID, API Key, and API secret retrieved from new upstox developer portal, and check the “I agree” option.
- Press the “Submit” button to register your new API Key and API secret.
Once the registration is complete, you can log in to your Algomojo account as usual and continue trading through your existing algo trading applications. The update does not require any changes in the trading modules or coding front.
