🔍 What’s New?
You’ll now see two new options under the Create Strategy section:
1. Re-entry (Dropdown)
Decide whether your strategy should automatically re-enter after a successful execution of a target (TGT), stop-loss (SL), or trailing stop-loss (TSL) signal.
YES→ Enable re-entryNO→ Stop after the first execution
2. Max. No. of Re-entries (Dropdown)
Control how many times the strategy should be allowed to re-enter.
- Choose a fixed number:
1to20 - Or select
No Max Limitfor unlimited re-entries
⚙️ How It Works
| Re-entry Option | Max. Re-entries | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
NO | (N/A) | Strategy will stop after the first signal (TGT/SL/TSL) execution. |
YES | No Max Limit | Strategy will re-enter unlimited times after every signal execution. |
YES | 2 (example) | Strategy will re-enter up to 2 times, then automatically switch off. |
This gives you total control over how aggressive or conservative your strategy should behave after its execution.
✅ Why This Matters
🔁 Automated re-entries are common in breakout, trend-following, and scalping strategies — but uncontrolled loops can also increase risk.
With this feature, you can now:
- 🔒 Limit exposure by setting a re-entry cap
- 🔄 Let strong strategies loop indefinitely
- 🛑 Avoid manual monitoring of strategy status
