We’re excited to announce a new update in version 1.0.3.3 that gives you more control, more precision, and more protection when it comes to executing entry signals in your strategies.
To help you manage signal floods, repainting effects, and over-execution β we’ve introduced two powerful new controls in the strategy creation screen:
π 1. Max. Concurrent Entries
This control lets you define the maximum number of entry signals that can be active at the same time.
π Why it matters:
In repainting strategies, multiple signals can fire rapidly within a short span. With Max. Concurrent Entries, you can:
- Prevent your strategy from stacking unnecessary entries
- Limit exposure to overlapping signals
- Add a safety layer at the strategy level
Set to 0 to allow unlimited concurrent entries
π 2. Max. Daily Signals
This setting allows you to limit the total number of entry signals your strategy can execute in a single trading day.
π Ideal for:
- Controlling high-frequency entry triggers
- Managing drawdowns during volatile days
- Avoiding overtrading from overly sensitive indicators
Set to 0 to allow unlimited daily entry signals
βοΈ How to Use
When creating or editing a strategy:
- Go to the Strategy Creation screen
- Scroll to the new controls:
- Max. Concurrent Entries
- Max. Daily Signals
- Enter your desired limits, or leave as 0 for no restriction
These controls are available for all signal sources, including:
- TradingView
- Amibroker
- Charting APIs
- Custom webhook integrations
π‘ Why We Built This
We heard your feedback.
Many of you reported:
- Excessive signals from repainting indicators
- False entries triggered by lagging price movements
- Strategies running wild due to open-ended signals
This feature set puts you back in control β letting you define exactly how many signals your strategy should honor in real time.
